What foods should I take in and which should I avoid?
How much sleep do I really need?


Well, then, this is the class for you to take! Join us as we venture to find which foods really can make a difference in our lives, how much exercise we should be doing and what type, and analyzing your dietary intake!

Participants are encouraged to keep track of all foods taken in for a 24 hour period and their activity habits prior to attending this course.

Please dress in active clothing in-particular sneakers as you will be asked to engage in light activity.
